Late December, I tried doing a low buy on cosmetics but failed because of all the 12.12 sales. 😓 I already had a drawer filled with unused cosmetics, and there I was, buying more. LOL 😂 And just when I thought I should really be doing a serious no buy this 2020... A wonderful package from SILKYGIRL said, "why yes, go ahead".
