Ever
tried slathering on fruit cocktail on your hair? Maybe you should! It's
not the real fruits I am talking about, but Lorys Hair Cream in Fruit
Cocktail! I've used giant 1kg tubs of Lorys Hair Cream before in Duo Chocolate and Ceramides (discontinued), so trying out this variant was definitely a treat I looked forward to.
Lorys Hair Cream in Fruit Cocktail
Here's
a little trivia for all you of. Lorys Hair Cream was initially sold
only in 1kg tubs all over the world, but when they hit the Philippine
shores, the people behind it actually convinced the manufacturers in
Brazil to make a smaller tub in 450g to cater to the Philippine market.
This made Lorys Hair Cream more affordable for people who want to try it
out before committing to a big tub.
This
variant has 2 colors inside the tub: yellow on top and pink at the
bottom. I don't think there's a difference on the effect it gives given
the difference in color, but it looks really cute! Though it still has
hints of salon-like shampoo/conditioner scent like that of the Ceramides
variant (for those who have tried it before), this has a sweeter scent.
It's called fruit cocktail because it contains tropical fruit extracts,
such as oranges, lemons, tangerines, pineapples, and passionflower
fruits. This variant is for all hair types, and it works either as an
everyday conditioner (when you leave it on for 2 minutes) or as a deep
conditioning treatment (when you leave it on for 15 minutes).
I
use this as an everyday conditioner, and it manages to keep my colored
hair soft with less frizz. It gives my hair body without weighing it
down. And it doesn't cause me any hair fall, unlike other conditioners
I've tried. A 450g tub of this only costs P185.00, which is very
affordable considering the quantity and quality of the product you're
getting.
Lorys
Hair Cream is available in 5 variants: Snake Oil, Nutri Sun Gloss,
Fruit Cocktail, Duo Chocolate, and Shea Butter. (My favorite is still
Duo Chocolate!)
Love,
Helen
loooove lorys! but i'm currently addicted to hair heroes. isa isang product muna. hehe :P
ReplyDeleteTama! I love them both! :)
DeleteI looove this! Mas love ko yung scent ng Fruit Cocktail but I like the effect I get with Shea Butter :D
ReplyDeleteWow, haven't tried Shea Butter yet but would love to since that's made for curly hair. :)
DeleteBeen thinking of buying a tub but I'm scared cuz I have permed hair and it might bring the curls down eh. But since you said your hair has more volume now, maybe I should get one na nga. :P
ReplyDeleteFor curly hair, Lorys recommends the Shea Butter variant since its more moisturizing. I haven't tried it though. Just make sure to not put conditioner on your roots and your hair won't be weighed down. :)
Deletei always read about this on blogs but i've never gotten around to trying it yet hehe.
ReplyDeleteI understand that! There are so many good options when it comes to hair care. :)
Deletecool I want to try this :D I've been searching for products lately especially for hair and body :)
ReplyDeleteThis one is a must try then, it works yet it's very affordable! :)
DeleteI have this one too! :) Been using it for almost two weeks and I love it! I'm planning to do a blog review on it too. Heehee :D
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to that! :)
Deleteate, is this product really good? having trouble with my damaged hair e... -___-
ReplyDeleteIt works just like your regular conditioner, but the plus is that it has more value for your money kasi ang laki ng tub, tapos P185 lang. For damaged hair, try Lorys Hair Cream in Snake Oil. :)
Deletethanks! i will :)
DeleteYou're welcome dear! :)
