While other bloggers are busy unboxing their beauty subscription boxes, I'm here unboxing a big box of cookies! :D
Japanese Premium Cookies by Arome Bakery Room
My sister bought this from Hong Kong, and now I'm wondering why all yummy food are in Hong Kong.
Ingredients:
And now, for the big reveal!
A paper cover serves as a guide to which flavors of cookies are inside the box.
Dark Rye and Walnut Cookie
Dark Rye and Walnut Cookie and Cashew Cookie resemble to good ol' butter cookies we have here, only with a smoother texture.
Okinawa Brown Sugar Cookie
If
you're a fan of Okinawa milk tea, I bet you're reach for the Okinawa
Brown Sugar Cookie as soon as you open the box (which my sister did).
This one had a slightly roasted aroma and wasn't too sweet.
Green Tea Cookie
My favorite is green tea by default, since I'm biased to everything that's green tea-flavored. Haha!
Cashew Cookie
Charcoal and Coconut Cookie
The Charcoal and Coconut Cookie has real charcoal powder in it! OMG, I just ate some charcoal. :D The coconut bits added texture to the cookie.
All the variants have that soft and delicate (almost chewy) texture, and each flavor is distinct. And, it comes with a pretty classy box - perfect to give as a gift.
Which flavor sparks your curiosity the most? :)
Love,
Helen

ReplyDeleteCome to think of it, it does have that Royce chocolates feel to it! Very classy.
DeleteYes, Japan is good with desserts and sweets too. Think, Green Tea KitKats and loads of other exotic flavors. :D
Wow, Helen! This is making my mouth water. Looks super tasty and such as nice way to package a box of cookies. :)
ReplyDeleteThe box itself is super nice. I'm keeping it long after the cookies are gone. Haha :)

The charcoal one looks gross while you chew it (since it's black) but it tastes good. :D
