The first cake I've tried from Tous les Jours is this Rose Inspiration Fresh Cream Cake - which is the best strawberry cake I have ever tried - no exaggeration! I love how light and fluffy the yogurt cream icing is. It's made with yogurt but it's not sour in any way. It's made without butter so the texture doesn't harden even if it's left in the fridge. I usually scrape off butter icings from birthday cakes, but this one I gladly finished. You'd never get that umay feeling with this cake. Plus, the cake itself is made of soft pink chiffon with real strawberry slices inside (which were imported from Korea!). The top part of the cake is a natural strawberry powder (which has a slightly sour taste, as how real strawberries are), and the leaves are icing topped with green tea powder. Yum!
