It's been almost a year since The Body Shop has brought back the Olive Dry Oil Mist to the Philippines (after being discontinued), and it has remained to be a best-selling item in their stores!
I have witnessed firsthand on how people would hoard these bottles in one go. I attended the All-In-One Makeup Workshop in their Trinoma branch, and saw a customer (assisted by an SA) put all the bottles of the Olive Dry Oil Mist on display into her shopping basket, and went straight to the counter to pay for her purchases. The SA then told me that the customer had been using this product for years before it was discontinued, and when she saw it back on the store shelves, she made sure to stock up.

The Body Shop Olive Dry Oil Mist (P795.00)
The Olive Dry Oil Mist is such a treat for my skin. I've talked about loving The Body Shop's Beautifying Oils that came in different scents, but sometimes I wished that it came in a more convenient packaging. This one comes in an atomizer bottle, so it's very handy to bring around everywhere. You can just spritz and go, and you'll be left with soft, moisturized skin with a fresh, lingering fragrance. Sometimes, I think that the scent reminds me of rain (like when it finishes raining and there's fresh air outside, but maybe that's just my weird nose).
For those last minute -ber month beach trips, this can soothe your skin after all the sun bathing (and baking). This oil mist is also your perfect beach companion aside from SPF. Because it's lighter and gentle than normal lotions, it's less likely to sting damaged skin. Plus, you get that gorgeous glow on your skin that looks beautiful and healthy.
Also, since we're anticipating cooler months ahead, this is also perfect for those shifting weather moments, where our skin goes from normal to crazy dry.
This one would make a great stocking stuffer for Christmas! If you're fond of the Olive Bath and Body range, The Body Shop also has gift sets that are perfect for the holiday season. Like The Body Shop, Philippines on Facebook for updates and promos.
Love,
Helen

But it's a bit expensive for my "kuripot" attitude. LOL But if someone would hoard this that much, it must be pretty good xD
ReplyDeleteI agree that it's quite pricey too, but this would go on sale sometimes. :D
DeleteI've tried this before and I loved it! ^_~
ReplyDeleteI love it too! It's a great body moisturizer for hot days since it not as sticky as lotions. :)
DeleteIs it still in the stores in philippines?
ReplyDeleteI think there are still stocks in store.
