EB Advance LTD Liquid Lipstick in Cashmere Blush

Time for a back-to-back EB Advance review! Today's blog post will be all about a lipstick that I've been using at work. The shade, formula, texture, longevity, and price makes it the perfect lipstick for office girls like me! 👍
 

I remember meeting up with my best friend for dinner just last month, and when we met, she immediately asked what lipstick I was wearing. I got her a tube in the same shade the very next day! I've been wearing this lipstick for weeks, and my colleagues have also gotten several tubes since. Guys, EB Advance LTD Liquid Lipstick is legit.

EB Advance LTD Liquid Lipstick

Say hello to a matte made in heaven. The EB Advance LTD Liquid Lipstick is a velvety soft liquid lipstick that delivers buildable and long-lasting lip color with a matte finish. It is formulated with emollients that help keep your lips supple and smooth. This exclusive range comes in high impact shades that range from soft mauvey nudes to deep vampy red.

The shade I got is Cashmere Blush, and based from the swatches I've seen online, this one's the most natural and wearable shade in the LTD line. It's a beautiful warm pinkish mauve shade that suits all skin tones.
 

It comes in a tube that resembles a bullet lipstick, but it has a doe-foot applicator. I like how nice the packaging is!

The formula is creamy and mousse-like. It doesn't immediately dry to a matte finish, so there's ample time to spread and blend it evenly on the lips. I like this aspect because it doesn't feel as if it's sucking moisture out of your lips the moment you put it on. Once it sets, it stays on for hours! It doesn't transfer to cups, nor does it come off when I snack or eat bread. It fades a bit after a full meal or when it comes in contact with oil. While I love the texture and staying-power, it's still not perfect because it can makes my lips feel dry towards the end of the day. When I want to retouch, I use my trusty Snoe Beso Balm (a repurchase!) to hydrate my lips (gotta love that tingly minty feel), and since it's made up of oils, I also use it to remove the leftover liquid lipstick so I can start with a clean slate. Also, EB Advance LTD Liquid Lipstick has a subtly sweet fragrance, but I would prefer it to be unscented.

EB Advance Lash Define Waterproof Mascara

We're on a Hong Kong holiday today and I can't believe I don't have work! 😍 I've been so used to the daily grind that even overtime and weekend work seems normal already. 😵 Today I had the luxury of time adding music to my office playlist (YAY!), and of course updating my blog. Today's review will be about my favorite mascara. To be honest, I don't like opening mascaras for review all at the same time since I find it wasteful that way. If I don't like it, I immediately move on to the next one. If I like it, I use it until it hits its 6-month expiry date. This one I'm liking very much! 💙

My first encounter with the EB Advance Lash Define Waterproof Mascara was at the Ever Bilena Bold Beauty event. I remember liking the concept of having a top and bottom lash mascara, but the formula was too wet for my liking when I first opened and used it. This mascara works best a few days/weeks after you first use it since the formula won't be as wet.

I love how it contains a whole lot of product. The top lashes tube contains 8.5ml while the bottom lashes tube contains 3ml of product.

The bottom lash mascara reminds me of Clinique's Bottom Lash Mascara which costs around USD 12. I haven't tried that one yet, but it's nice to know that we have a local version of it that's accessible to everyone (location and price-wise). This one from EB Advance costs 1/3 the price of Clinique's.

Why I love the bottom lash brush is because my lashes are so short, straight, and sparse. Sometimes, regular-sized mascara bristles can't reach ALL the tiny lashes I have, so the bottom lash mascara is a miracle worker. When I have time, I use the bottom lash mascara on both my lower and upper lashes! Since the formula works best a few weeks into usage, it's able to hold my curl and give my eyes a wide-awake appearance for long. And I shamelessly indulge in retouching this mascara when I feel that I can go with more length and volume. It doesn't end up looking spidery, ever.

I recommend this mascara to those with straight, sparse, and short lashes. (And if you already have long lashes, then make it even longer with this!) This one works lovely and I will definitely repurchase! 💋
