Today, we're having bed weather! I'm enjoying the cool breeze (even though it's a bit sunny). Weekends like this are so perfectly chill, and what better way to spend it by chilling at home with a cup of (minty) hot chocolate!

Swiss Miss Candy Cane
with Peppermint Marshmallows
Swiss Miss launched this limited edition flavor just for the holidays, so I think there might still be stocks left in the supermarket. In case you're curious, each box of 6 is around P100.00. We were able to buy this at Hi-Top Supermarket at Quezon Ave.
Each box comes with 6 bags of cocoa mix. Even this looks festive with the red and white combo.
When you first open the envelope of cocoa mix, it looks just like the regular variants, except for the peppermint marshmallow bits. But when you mix it with hot water, you'll be greeted by that unmistakable choco-minty aroma!
The mallows won't last long as they melt in the heat. I believe that the cocoa mix already has some form of peppermint in it; the mint flavor does not come from the mallows alone. This drink is sooo good! It's perfect for cold days like the ones we're having now.
I like Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino, but I can't drink coffee regularly (lest I get hyperacidity), so I improvised by ordering a Candy Cane Frappuccino! If you like anything peppermint, then you'll love Swiss Miss Candy Cane. ♥
