One of the catchiest commercials I've seen was the boy who sang "Anna Banana" on Youtube where his mom was playing it over and over again so the number of views could be increased. This commercial was brought to us by PLDT myDSL, proving that the strongest connections are at home.

...and led them to search in Youtube if it really existed. Yes it does, and it not only had 100 views, but over 1 million views as of now!

Because of the success of the Anna Banana commercial, Derek S. Lozano (the kid in the commercial), recorded this "thank you" video for all the comments and views for his song.

I liked the commercial the first time I saw it because I was touched by the message. His mom was supporting him all the way, watching his video again and again even until the wee hours in the morning. When his son got so excited that his video reached many hits, he ran down to his mom to announce its success, not knowing the effort his mom put behind it. I think that was very sweet!

I'm sure that PLDT and even non-PLDT subscribers enjoyed the commercial. By the way, I've got updates regarding PLDT myDSL:

PLDT myDSL’s Internet to Sawa TRANSFORMS my Internet experience from Zero to Hero!

In line with this transformation, I'd also like to share my experience, my transformation from being a regular blogger to being a Nuffnanger. I created my blog way back last June 24, 2010 (almost a year ago), but I did not take it seriously and just left it there to die. Hehe. It was only this year, February 27, 2011, that I relaunched it and started blogging formally. I was fixing the template and designing it so it would look more professional and personalized. Then I came across Nuffnang! I was so curious of how it would be like to do what I love (writing), while earning some extra bucks from hosting ads on my site. I signed up and at the very first time I saw an ad unit on my blog, I felt so ecstatic and excited, I had to show it to my family! Haha! :D Well, Nuffnang isn't just a place for ads.
