Review: Silkygirl X-treme Sharp Brush Liner

Hubby said eyeliner makes my eyes look rounder, and he rarely comments on my makeup. I like how this black liquid eyeliner makes me look more awake.

 

Pros:

Minimal learning curve, very easy to use

I can draw a thin line with its precise 0.01mm brush tip

Dries quickly

Jet black finish

Smudge-proof and waterproof

Stays put even on my oily, hooded eyelids!

Easy to remove with micellar water

 

Cons:

 

See here how my hooded eyelids love eating my eyeliner, but Silkygirl X-treme Sharp Brush Liner managed to stay intact.

 

The photo below (close up, when worn) is already half day into wearing the eyeliner, and there are no smudges! I'm so impressed!

New Shades of Silkygirl MLBB Lip Tint

Silkygirl MLBB Lip Tints are water-based tints with extracts from grape juice and aloe vera. While initially glossy, these tints will all leave a lasting pink stain once it wears off, with the most intense one from Dahlia. These are juicy, weightless, and moisturizing, and are a refreshing change to my usual matte liquid lipsticks. 🫦

Silkygirl Eye & Face Palette comes in two variants: Berry Burst and Juicy Peach. Today's post will be about Berry Burst, which is made for cool-toned skin.

 

Pros:

Has a mix of matte, shimmer, and metallic shades

With guide on proper product placement at the back of the palette

Lightweight cardboard packaging with magnetic closure

Travel-friendly

Blendable, vivid pigments

Manufacturing date indicated (06/23)

Shade 4 (Sweet) is a natural matte shade perfect for everyday wear.

Shade 5 (Luscious) is a gorgeous metallic taupe.

Shade 6 (Glaze it) gives a blinding glow that seems to have the smooth finish of liquid highlighter. It's so satisfyingly photogenic when worn.

 

Cons:

No mirror

Shade 3 (Pulpy) is warm and feels out of place.
