Sharing my 2nd review for Korean vitamin skincare brand COMMONLABS 💚

 

 

COMMONLABS Vitamin E Calming Ampoule is a super soothing ampoule contains 72% tea tree leaf extract as its main ingredient! To be honest, I think it should be identified as a tea tree ampoule instead because it's mainly for acne-prone skin. 🌿

 

 

It also contains Vitamin E + Gesolza that controls sebum and calms the skin. Texture wise, it has a water-like feel when massaged on the skin. It smells exactly how it should, like tea tree oil.

 

I use this as needed - on days when I have active breakouts. Sharing a bare-faced shot here!

Wellspring Collagen Gummies Review

Gummy candies with collagen? Yes please! On my quest for better skin, I was lured with the thought of not having to swallow multiple pieces of gigantic collagen tablets and/or enduring the fishy smell of liquid collagen supplements.

 

When I first saw this in Lazada last year, I immediately bought 3 bottles for me, my mom, and my sister due to its glowing reviews (4.8/5 stars). The reviews stated that this tastes just like candy... Let's discuss that in a bit.

 

Each bottle contains 60 gummies, which is good for 2 months.

Despite taking it continuously and taking more than 1 gummy per day, I did not notice any effect on my skin. No improvements in my sleep too unlike other collagen supplements. It doesn't smell like delicious candy; instead it smells like liquid collagen supplement in gummy form. I've had this bottle for almost a year already, and I'm finding it so hard to finish the entire thing because it smells bad and it doesn't work, as least for me. My friend and her mom also got migraine from taking this, although I didn't have that side effect. I regret purchasing this variant, but I may still look into Wellspring's Biotin and Melatonin Gummies.

Review: Love Supplements Beauty Liquid Shot

Here's a detailed review of my 7-day supply of Love Supplements Beauty Liquid Shot! To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for this supplement because of its low collagen content vs other brands. (Sorry! ✌️) 

 

However, I was proven wrong, because it actually worked.

 

Each 15ml sachet contains:

🌸 Coenzyme Q10 

🌸 Vitamin C (from pomegranate extract) 

🌸 Hyaluronic acid (from rooster comb extract)

 

During the first half of January, I was sick so I wore a mask the entire day and didn't put skincare for fear of breaking out (maskne). That was bad, I know. I was left with dehydrated, dull, and rough skin as a result. I then proceeded to drink the Beauty Liquid Shot every night for a week. I noticed that on the nights I took this, my sleep pattern improved because I haven't taken melatonin for a week as well. My skin initially felt less dry, then became so soft! That was just a week, what more when taken long term!

 

Pros:

Verdict: I already repurchased! I needed to. Only this supplement could give me over 7 hours of solid, uninterrupted sleep so I'm sold. It works even better than melatonin with regards to improving my sleep, even though it's not marketed as a sleep aid.
