Sigma Nightlife Powder Blush in Hot Spot

Orange is my least favorite color in the world, but when it comes to blush, I'd always go for peach/orange instead of pink/red. I wrote about my trusty Careline peach blush way back 2012, and here we are now, playing with Sigma! The baby is now a lady. LOL

Truth to be told, I bought this blush because I wanted the GWP that came with it (a Sigma Mini E25 Brush)! Haha :D You can read about it from my Sephora haul post. I was torn between buying a Sigma liquid highlighter, blush, or contour - all from the Sigma Nightlife Camila Coelho collection, and I ended up getting this blush because it's what I needed at the moment.

Hot Spot Blush is perfectly sheer bringing warmth to your skin. The peachy shade is wearable on all skin tones and is a lively alternative to traditional pink blushes for everyday and all night.

Formulated without: Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, Triclosan, GMO, Mineral Oil, Formaldehyde, Lanolin, Carmine, Aluminum, Gluten, Palm Oil, Vegetable Oils, Casein.

The packaging is simple yet sturdy. It's matte black except for the lid which is holographic and absolutely mesmerizing. It changes color depending on how the light hits it. I like it!

It comes with a small mirror but no brush. The product has a more intense orange shade off camera. It's a close match to MAC Sheertone Blush in Peaches, but Hot Spot has micro shimmers.

It's also tiny at only 3.4g, which makes it pricey for me.

Swatches:

Sigma Hot Spot Blush as a very smooth, velvety and almost creamy texture. It's pigmented, but the formula is very easy to work with. You can go from sheer to a bright pop of color with this one because it's buildable.

On the face, it gives me a subtle and warm peach glow. The shimmers are hardly noticeable, but they give the face instant brightness. This blush is long-lasting, too. If it's not too hot outside, it lasts all day on me! I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love peach blush more than pink blush. Sigma Powder Blush in Hot Spot can work on any skin tone. Do try it out!
