Tony Moly Kiss Lover Style in PK14 Girl Pink

I've been through the red lipstick and nude lipstick stage. It's now pink's time to shine. Since the weather's rather gloomy and chilly lately, I reach for a lipstick that gives a just right pop of color on my face - something that makes me look alive and not pale. And of course, something that's not drying.

Tony Moly Kiss Lover Style in PK14 Girl Pink
  • Contains Super Moisture Oil Complex with 10 kinds of vegetable oil & butter
  • Moisturizing hydration coating veil creates smooth lips
  • Creates vivid and sharp color look and gorgeous volume
  • Creates style to lips with natural shimmer

Tony Moly's packaging is always simple and minimalist.

PK14 Girl Pink is one of the latest shades that hit the store shelves just last month or so. The name itself gives you an idea of how girly is would look like.

My, you aren't mistaken. It's as bubblegum pink as can be!

It has a moist texture but it's not too creamy or melty. The consistency is just right for it to glide on to your lips, but it won't easily rub off.

Swatches:

1 swipe vs 5 swipes

If you're into the super fresh and natural look, then one swipe will do to give your lips a hint of tint. Layer on for a brighter pop of color.

When applied subtly using my pinky finger

When applied straight from the tube

When worn:

Pros:
  • Simple, classic packaging
  • Moist texture but not glossy - more like demi matte
  • Not drying
  • Pigmented
  • Buildable color
  • Glides smoothly and melts on your lips' temperature
  • Feels light and stays on like a tint, once it settles on your lips
  • Doesn't get easily rubbed off
  • Doesn't bleed or feather
  • No shimmer

Cons:
  • Fragranced

Price: P398.00
Available at Tony Moly stores nationwide

I reach for this one when I'm feeling girly. The shade name is spot on! I prefer wearing it in a light, subtle layer though, compared to the full-on bright (almost neon) pink finish.

What's your favorite pink lipstick?

Love,
Helen
