Morellato Style Series at SM Makati

I've been wanting a fancy charm bracelet for a long time. I've saved up and am just actually waiting to see a particular charm that would pull me in and have a significant meaning in my life before I finally take the plunge. But seems like God was granting me my wish early on. :D

I'm a girly girl, but you'd rarely see me in big, chunky accessories for two reasons: (1) I'm not really good with mixing and matching trendy pieces, and (2) I prefer feminine jewelry designs with refined taste. That's why I felt very fortunate to be invited to the very first Morellato Style Series held in SM Makati. Hello, style lesson and nice jewelry appreciation!

Morellato, Italy's largest watch and jewelry brand, introduces the Morellato Style Series in various locations throughout the year. The program will include a lecture from an expert, styling workshops, and discussions to help you match Morellato jewelry and timepieces with specific styles of clothes.

Morellato was established in 1930 when Giulio Morellato opened a watch and jewelry workshop in Venice, Italy. A few years after, he started to specialize in producing leather straps for wristwatches and began making handcrafted jewelry in gold and silver.

Today, Morellato is a brand known for jewelry collections that have brought together priceless materials including real gemstones, natural pearls or diamonds, and steel. Its Spring-Summer 2015 collection includes natural pearls, dazzling diamonds, drops, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and priceless watches.

For its first series, Jenni Epperson, premier stylist and award-winning lifestyle blogger talked about how to properly and fashionably mix and match Morellato pieces with different sets of outfits.

Jenni taught us which jewelry matches party, business, and casual looks. New pieces to add to your collection would be rose gold accessories, jewelry with lace cutouts, and pearls.

What caught my eye that day were the Morellato Drops - young and trendy, they go with bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and even watches for a customized look.

You pick a bracelet first. Bracelets start at P1,200.

Then choose Drops that hold special meaning in your life. Drops start at P995 each.

Isn't it lovely? ♥

They also have ready-made drop bracelets, and it would be more affordable to get that and just add the charms you like, than to start from scratch.

We also had a styling activity, wherein our team styled model Mica Javier. (She's gorgeous!)

I learned a lot and had so much fun from the first Morellato Style Series!

Before the day ended, I was surprised when the Morellato team gave me a gift!

This one's my very first precious Morellato jewelry.

For every purchase, you'll get a cloth to clean your jewelry with to bring back the sparkle.

Let's unbox!

Each Morellato piece comes with a guarantee certificate, and is covered with a 2-year warranty.

Pretty butterfly charm with pink beads on the side

It comes with an adjustable chain at the end of the bracelet.

A butterfly is a powerful symbol of transformation. This bracelet will remind me to make changes when the opportunity arises.

I can't wait to go back to Morellato to build my charm bracelet! I love that their charms are more affordable than similar brands. I'm interested in getting one with a solid stainless steel bracelet so it won't tarnish. I want to create a travel bracelet, a life event bracelet, or maybe both! :D

Like Morellato Philippines on Facebook for more information. Morellato jewelry and watches are available in SM The Block, Shangrila Plaza Mall, SM Clark, Ayala Cebu, Landmark Trinoma, SM Megamall, Veranza Mall, SM MOA, SM Makati, ATC, SM Cubao, Aura, SM Megamall Department Store, SM San Mateo.

Are you a fan of charm bracelets? What designs of charms do you like? :D

Love,
Helen
