Solo Summer 2012: Military Inspired Collection

Solo's Summer 2012 collection is all about stylish, fierce, and redefined classic Military Fashion. Gracing the latest campaign are Edward Espinola and Sophia Balagat, the grand winners of the Solo Online Model Search 2011. From about a hundred hopefuls who joined the search, they were both chosen thru votes and actual interviews. They are the newest faces of Solo for 2012, who will also be gracing Solo's future campaigns for the months to come. I think they're both looking fierce and fab, looking every inch of a model!

Just for fun, I'll be putting hearts (♥) on pieces that I love from this collection.

On him: Brown coat ♥ with white long-sleeve shirt, gray skinny pants
On her: White long-sleeve shirt ♥, army green shorts

Military-inspired pieces add a dash of practicality and spice to Solo's signature style. This collection has various jackets, vests, blazers, tees, cargo pants, jeans, and accessories that can last you all summer long and beyond. Also, because it is beach season, Solo has a wide range of beach essentials that will keep you looking your most chic in the blazing hot weather with their vibrant bikinis in fun styles, functional cover-ups, basic tanks (which is a personal favorite of mine), board shorts, and swim shorts.

On her: Military romper
On him: Army green long-sleeve shirt, gray skinny pants

I love rompers and onesies, since they save me time in dressing up. They're my lazy day wear for when I want to just chill out and relax. I like that this one is short and perfect for summer. (Plus, it's length won't make me look small.)

On her: Dark blue oversized boyfriend shirt

I so love this combo! The oversized boyfriend shirt paired with a fitted animal-print skirt looks sexy without showing too much skin, exactly how I would dress like (since I love wearing skirts more than pants). The accessories give a glam touch, completing the entire look.

On her: Military jacket, skinny pants w/ruching

Even if skinny jeans was discovered a long time ago, I still love it and would not wear other cuts of jeans. I feel that it flatters my figure best and it looks good with almost any top or blouse. Even if they're a pain to remove at the end of the day, they're still a staple in my closet. This one from Solo is ruched at the bottom, making it unique and stylish.

On her: Cropped graphic tee ♥, khaki pants

This cropped top is so cute. I can pair it with jeans or shorts and it will give my outfit that edgy vibe.

On him: Brown bomber jacket ♥, acid gray jeans
On her: Khaki bomber jacket ♥, denim shorts

Solo's Summer 2012 collection hits the stores this March, so don't miss out!
