I hope you keep using it, because the more you do, the better you'll get at insertion --- after about a year with mine, I only need about ten, fifteen seconds (that includes thorough rinsing under the bidet or faucet. What I do is that once the rim is in, I start to let the cup open na. Plus, I only insert it so that the end of the handle is less than an inch from the entrance to my hoohah so it's not that difficult to pull out later.
