Snoe Rouge Deluxe + Swatches

Today, I went to my favorite Snoe kiosk in Landmark Trinoma to replenish my Snoe Star Night Star Bright Night Perfecting Toner. The one I have at home is already half empty and I always have to have a backup of it or else I wouldn't be at ease. (Pimples might form! Nooo!) While chatting with fabulous Andrea (from Snoe) who by the way celebrates her birthday this Thursday (Do greet her when you pass by Snoe in Landmark Trinoma! Haha!), I spotted these lovely lippies on the shelves! It's one of Snoe's new makeup releases, which is the Rouge Deluxe Complete Lip Care! Lipstick has got to be my favorite makeup product (next to eyebrow powder that is), and Snoe is my favorite local beauty brand, so I guess I am in love!

Snoe Rouge Deluxe (P399.00)

About the Product:

Rich and creamy
Hydrating
Long-lasting
Smoothens and softens lips
BEAUTIFUL and fashionable shades

Ingredients:

I love that Snoe listed every single ingredient they used for this lipstick! This one has all the lip-loving good stuff that we want in a lipstick like essential oils from argan, sunflower, macadamia, grape seed, avocado, and rosehips. None of the bad stuff like parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMOs, and triclosan. While some lipsticks lasts all day on your lips, there's this fear that it would have lead or can cause lip darkening with frequent use, but you'll never get that with Snoe Rouge Deluxe.

The Packaging:

As usual, Snoe products come in awesome and super pretty packaging.

This lipstick comes in a lightweight pale pink tube with gold details.

The Shades:

X1 Heavenly Pink | X2 Precious Pout | X3 Chili Pepper

Swatches:

X1 Heavenly Pink | X2 Precious Pout | X3 Chili Pepper

Snoe Rouge Deluxe comes in 3 pretty shades of pink, peach, and red. The first shade I tried was Heavenly Pink, but it looked so pale and weird on me. (It looked very nice on Andrea, though!) Then she told me about how her partner Jessica mixed the Chili Pepper with Snoe BB Cream, and it turned into a peachy shade similar to Precious Pout! Amazing!

Since I LOVE red lipstick, the next one I tried was Chili Pepper! Initially, I thought that it was kind of light and subtle for a red shade, but when I tried it, I knew that it was the one. Look how pretty it is! ♥

Snoe Rouge Deluxe in X8 Chili Pepper

I call Snoe Rouge Deluxe in Chili Pepper a beautiful but approachable shade of red. It's great for those who are intimidated with red lipstick but secretly want to try it. And it's going straight to my shopping basket on my next payday. Haha!

I am in love with the color, the buttery texture, the moisturizing feel, the comfortable wear, the creamy finish, and how it has no scent or flavor. But the best thing about it is that it's really long-lasting! I wore it then ate lunch afterwards - full meal of rice, burger steak, and (greasy) fries. I wiped my lips after eating and carried on with my shopping. I tried on some clothes, and noticed how the lippie did not budge! I took this photo inside the fitting room, so please pardon the dim lighting. I just had to show you how amazing this lipstick is. See?

Except for the just-applied sheen (which I have wiped off), the color is still there! It looks darker here because of the dim light. (The first swatch above was taken in Landmark where the lighting was bright). I love how this lipstick stained my lips with a lovely red tint. Other lipsticks would have looked murdered or uneven as it fades throughout the day, but this lipstick stayed on ever so wonderfully.

I also tried wiping my hand swatches by rubbing it vigorously with tissue, but it leaves a stain like this. You can remove the lippie with a makeup remover at the end of the day.

If you're looking for a moisturizing, long-lasting lipstick with lovely shades, I've got 3 words for you: Snoe Rouge Deluxe.

Love,
Helen
