Kojie.san Pureganics Bath Range in Avocado

Going green or organic is the growing trend for beauty brands. In line with this movement, Kojie.san has created their Pureganics range of products, which consists of soaps, lotions, and toners. While I am not really excited about experimenting with fruity toners on my face, I'm liking the soaps and lotions! My love for bar soaps has actually been rekindled thanks to this range of pure and organic products that's good for my skin.

Kojie.san Pureganics Avocado Moisturizing Soap and Lotion

Kojie.san Pureganics Avocado Moisturizing Soap (P85.00)

Developed using only the finest organic produce, Pureganics Bath Soap is a whitening soap with a fresh scent of the tropics. Unlike other soaps, it does not contain preservatives that usually irritate skin.

About the product:

Pros:
  • Each soap is sealed inside the box.
  • This bar soap is free from preservatives and has a soft texture, but it does not easily melt or stick on your soap dish.
  • It has a very mild and clean scent - not sweet or fruity in any way (even if it has fruit extracts in it).
  • It leaves the skin feeling clean and soft - no dryness!
  • It did not trigger my hand allergy unlike most bar soaps do. This one's really mild and gentle for my skin.
  • It did leave my skin looking more radiant and healthy.
  • It comes in 5 variants: Avocado and Cucumber for Moisturizing; Bengkoang (Singkamas), Calamansi, and Papaya for Whitening.

Cons:
  • The fresh, clean scent does not linger long on the skin.
  • May be a bit pricey for a bar soap.

Kojie.san Pureganics Lotion with Avocado Extract (Moisturizing) (P60.00)

A rich source of vitamins for the skin, Pureganics Lotion is a mild lotion developed using tropical fruits without the use of harmful preservatives. Not only that it has a mild scent, it also has a light texture.

About the product:

Pros:
  • It's not watery, but it's non-sticky as well. It has a fresh, light consistency (similar to gel-cream) that is instantly absorbed by the skin.
  • It's not greasy and sticky, and it can be used even during the day.
  • It leaves my skin soft and smooth to touch, with zero greasy feel which I love.
  • It's very affordable.
  • The size is handy enough to bring in your bag wherever you go. There is a bigger bottle of this, too.
  • It comes in 4 variants to go with the soaps: Avocado and Cucumber for Moisturizing; Calamansi and Papaya for Whitening.

Cons:
  • No SPF.
  • Because of its light texture, it might not be enough to moisturize dry, cracked heels.

I bring the small bottle of Avocado lotion in my bag, and I love using it when I am at the office. Being in an air-conditioned room for 8 hours can dry up my skin, but whenever I use this, my skin feels so refreshed, quenched, and it looks more radiant and healthy. If you're after a moisturizing effect, choose the Avocado and/or Cucumber duo. If you're after whitening, get the Calamansi and/or Papaya duo.

For now, I've tried both the Avocado and Cucumber lotions. I was expecting to like the Cucumber scent more, but no. The Cucumber lotion smelled soapy, not as fresh as the Avocado scent. From thie Pureganics line, I like the lotions but can live without it, but I am in love with the soaps!

    1. I've been hearing rave reviews too from my friends, but it's with Kojie.san's Kojic Acid soap (the orange one). I might try that soon. :)

  5. How good is the pureganics papaya? Does it lightening up the skin like the orange? Have use the orange and I so much love the outcome of the result.

    1. Orange as in the Kojic variant is more potent than Pureganics. :)
